I decided to start a Vogue magazine update every month. Pretty much in these updates I will put a picture of the cover.

Hey guys. It's been a while. Sorry about that. I have either been lazy or busy the past 2 weeks...
anyways. since it is October, I thought I would share this design with you people.

too-small dress into skirt.

There's a story behind this one:
Once upon a time I was a little girl. And there was a parade in my neighborhood. So I wore this one dress in the parade. And then like 10 years later I found this one dress. And I decided that since I am super skilled, I should make this dress into something I could wear. And then I did. The end.
