Get those creative juices flowing.

So when I made my dress I ended up with scaps (the green ones) and I hemmed a skirt I got from di and I want to use these but I don't know what to do with them. Any suggestions?

long legs

In case you don't know me, or can't tell from my pictures, I am a tall person. 5'11 to be exact. and you know what comes with height. long legs.
you know what the worst thing about having long legs is? (besides never having enough leg room. of course.)

this:

okay maybe not that. but how about this:
it is exceedingly difficult to find pants that are long enough. even some of the long sizes are too short for me after they are washed. so... I never wash my pants.
just kidding. I actually got some new ones this weekend. and they seem pretty promising.
anyways...
I have decided I am going to open a clothing store for tall people. and I'm pretty sure it will be quite a succesful business venture. you just wait.

shoes 1 and 2

I love shoes! These are my mother's.

I'll probably post shoes like everyday because I love them.

Braided ruffles

I designed this on Christmas eve. The name makes no sense, and it's kind of faded.

Vogue update

I decided to start a Vogue magazine update every month. Pretty much in these updates I will put a picture of the cover.
(This is the November issue.)

Something that I liked.
like.... Lancome's new perfume called Tresor midnight rose.

something about fashion (of coarse)
like......in November it is about "the rigor and romance of wartime England, in lean lines, simple silhouettes, and a stark palette."
The IT girl for this month
Ruth Wilson

and that's it, but if you want me to share more please tell me and I would gladly do it.
From this:

To this:
(I really would never wear real animal skin clothes but I was at the San Diego Zoo and I thought it would be funny. All you bloggers out there might not think it's funny but I do, and that is all that matters right?)

too-small dress into skirt.

There's a story behind this one:
Once upon a time I was a little girl. And there was a parade in my neighborhood. So I wore this one dress in the parade. And then like 10 years later I found this one dress. And I decided that since I am super skilled, I should make this dress into something I could wear. And then I did. The end.
And here are the pictures.
waaaay before:
it's me!! heh

before:

it doesn't fit too well anymore...

and.... after!!

so now I have a new skirt that is checkered, has buttons down the front, and has pockets.
I'm pretty excited.
oh and p.s. markee and i just went to d.i.
you know what that means right? just wait :)
