Catching up

Once upon a time on October 31 my parents got married. Every year they would have a Halloween party so they could celebrate the day with friends and family but sadly when all of the children grew up the party became a babysit thing. So my parents decided to change it into an adult party. It ended up being a Murder Mystery party and it was a great success. Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad!
For the party I was a maid.

We had sparkling cider and was delicious.

Well honestly I never was a REAL red head.
what? I don't believe you!
Well it's true I'm a natural blond but I don't really have the skin for a blond. Now i'm a brunette.

Half of the reason for dying my hair was because I wanted something different. The other half was because I'm being Katniss Everdeen for Halloween this year. 
I know, I know like everyone is being her but my brother says I look a lot like her. (I don't see it)

I know it's not halloween yet, but my roommates and I went to a costume dance on friday and dressed up. I was luna lovegood. of course. that's just my go-to costume. and my roommate is belle. aren't we CUTE? :)

reunited!

so this one time markee came and visited me at college. and she stayed overnight in my kitchen and we had a glorious time watching downton abbey and losing ipods and eating icecream and such. and we took pictures! on my balcony! which got us a lot of weird looks! but hey. who cares.

and for some reason my laptop hates markee because 2 of her pictures came up sideways. laaaame. they were cute too :(

I got this shirt at a clothing exchange. YAY FOR FREE. and markee and I saw a friend from high school and he said I looked like a farmer.... haha?

hey guys! I just wanted to do a quick post. since I haven't forever. so voila.

I hate this awkward weather stage where I have to wear something really warm in the morning, and then change in the afternoon because the weather gets hot. oh utah. just make up your mind.  

 

look at this stressful week I have coming up. so I really should be studying right now.... meeeeeeh.

but at least I have a super sweet roommate who writes me inspiring notes :)

 

and I also have these guys. our bffs, who make life very entertaining.

(it's a personalized calendar. and a really excellent one at that)

 

oh and I totally won a giveaway today!!!! over at this really awesome blog: haircut and general attitude. I was so excited!
